If the camera you are referring to is the S6500 fd in your subject line then it already has quite a long lens built in to it.

Have a look at

for a list of converter lenses for point and shoot cameras. Fuji does not feature on this list but there are some generics. If you dont want to order over the internet then ask your local camera shop.

It may not be realistic to expect high image quality when you add a converter lens onto your S6500.
Also, converters dramatically reduce the amount of light coming into your lens and this may well cause the autofocus system some difficulty…it may focus slowly or not at all. For example, a 2x converter reduces the amount of light available to the camera by 2 stops (4 times less light).
