I haven’t shot with Pentax MF system before, but I have used a few “in-lens” leaf shutter lenses on an old Mamiya 6×6 TLR.
In-lens shutters do offer much higher sych speeds, but these are normally used outdoors to balance existing and flash lighting. I don’t think it is that essential in a studio setup imho, although 1/60th is a little slow. Then again, a zoom isn’t that essential in a studio either :confused:.
If you are planning on using your system outdoors with flash, it might be worth investing into one such lens.
