      that 200-400 sure is a beast of a lens and I have loved using it a few times now...can only imagine it working well on a D3x since you now also have a lot of cropping power at your disposal.

      fine image, lovely pose and handling of the whites. If anything I wish the light had fallen on the face of the bird.

      Nice pose and sharp image!! Agree with Morkel on light on the bird's face, but sometimes it's just not possible! I personally would have taken out (or cropped out) the top "horizon" area of the pic!?? (personal pref). VWD!!
